On Tuesday 20 February a group of Howick Intermediate children spent the day being hosted by Howick Sailing Club and had an amazing day on the water learning new skills including sailing and kayaking. 

A big thanks to the Freemasons for their very generous donation to the club …without it, this day wouldn’t have happened. Thanks also goes to Tim Nichols (past Commodore) for the huge amount of work that went into this day. 

We couldn’t have done this without the amazing crew from Yachting NZ, and Bakers Delight along with some of our awesome club members giving up their time.

We look forward to hosting another group from Howick Intermediate this coming Friday 1st March.
